Telford Wellbeing Service is here to help people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. We offer information, guidance and talking therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and counselling. To access our service you need to be aged 16 or over and registered with a Telford and Wrekin GP.  There are 3 different ways to make contact with us:

You can call us on 01952 457 415 between 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We will take your details and arrange a telephone assessment with one of our Practitioners.

Exciting opportunity to get involved in a major UK research study about psychological wellbeing and talking therapies.

Telford and Wrekin Primary Care Wellbeing service is collaborating with the Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression (GLAD) Study to help us better understand anxiety and depression and improve treatments for future patients. Signing up would allow you to take part in research studies about psychological wellbeing and talking therapies.
