Telford Wellbeing Service is here to help people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. We offer information, guidance and talking therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and counselling. To access our service you need to be aged 16 or over and registered with a Telford and Wrekin GP.  There are 3 different ways to make contact with us:

You can call us on 01952 457 415 between 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We will take your details and arrange a telephone assessment with one of our Practitioners.

COVID-19 Update

We are open to all professional and self-referrals, please see above for how to get in touch.  All of our therapy is being conducted either via telephone, online, or video call.  We are not able to offer Face-to-Face appointments currently.

Our website has lots of information on common mental health problems, and different types of support available. Feel free to browse through the different pages, and if there is anything else you’d like to see, let us know in our comment box.

We have three short questionnaires which might help you assess your own mental wellbeing.
